AIR CONDITIONING / PLANNED SERVICING
Servicing indoor air conditioning units and outdoor rooftop condensers.
Cleaned filters and serviced the indoor and outdoor units. Checked operation and documented equipment labels.
Units were operating correctly, with no major faults identified during the visit.
PLUMBING / REACTIVE REPAIR
Attendance to blocked drainage and disconnected waste pipework in a tenant laundry room.
Cleared accessible waste pipework and P-traps, reinstated the connections and added support clips to prevent sagging.
Drainage and leak tests completed, with correct operation confirmed after the work.
WASHROOMS / FAULT FINDING
Investigation of a urinal overflowing onto the floor during flushing.
Cleared sediment and limescale from the trap and waste, adjusted the fill valve flow and replaced the sensor system batteries.
Tested after completion: correct operation with no leaks observed.
